You do a lot of cardio. Just be careful, carbs don't always make me gain but they do make me fluffy.

i know. i feel like ive been over. i should have said ive been over on CICO, not RDI 🤦♀️ my fitbit gives me an est. of cals burned. and let me tell you ive surely had to exceed cals consumed comparatively

All that exercise and running burns it off. As someone said "calories in, calories out". My fitbit and the FS estimates are so close it is almost amazing. Just know that I need to stay away from salt. It affects me in so many ways. 1 pound is not a lot. It may seem like a lot, and take 2 - 5 days to come off, but it will.

Plus, 1 pound is almost 1% of your weight. Do that for 3 months and you're talking 12 pounds of solid mass. Well, most will be squishy but you get the idea lol
