Funny what 2 pounds can do to your head right? Im trying to stay between 135-138 and when weight got into the 133 range i got nervous and ditto when i hit 137.8. Rationally im sure we both know the number on the scale is not nearly as important as the configuration of muscle mass to fat etc and the inches but crazy what a number can do to you. Im more than double and probably close to triple your age and still haven’t figured out how not to let it affect me. Btw you do look gorgeous. Thank you mommy yet again for that gift🥰 

yoh you're spot on. its q mind game that i just can't seem to win. if i avoid the scale, i look and feel great. i just carb loaded and I'm not even bloated. but that scale has me feeling overweight. WHY ARE WE LIKE THIS?! lol and stop, you're too sweet. you're beautiful yourself 

Hahaha you made me smile! We are like this, i believe, because of the media saturation of what the ideal woman should look like, replete with photo shop, crazy makeup that photographs well but is very fake up close and in person and stylists that showcase the best clothing on figures that only 1-2% of the population can genetically achieve. When i was your age there was no photoshop but anorexic figures were the ideal. Women my height at 5’9-1/2” were in the 110-118 pound range on the runway. So thats where i strived to be. Crazy right? It’s a tough one for sure. Mind over body health. Im really proud of you, btw, you seem to be living your best life and it looks like it is full of adventures and memories. Live your whole life like that ok🥰 xoxo sweetie pie
