Hi, Chesty 🙂 it's been pretty quiet on here in general. I don't have much to report. Injuries healed up, at target weight, enjoying my new gym/swim routine and still doing Dry Jan.

Nice, Chesty. I had 40 mins in the sauna today after my swim. Keeps me sane and I do all my plotting and scheming whilst in there! I won't tell you who was on my hit list today!

Anne I spend three sessions of 20mins will start of gently exercise in depending of how much I push myself advice of the physio, the sauna is good for gossip especially for ones who don't use it much!
