Not quite. Another follow up on Tuesday. I stopped wearing the sports bra to sleep. I just couldn't do it anymore. Still a bit sore. Lots of bruising. Better every day. Thanks, Wifey, for asking. 💕

It takes times. I still feel a tinge in one of my incisions every blue moon and it’s almost 9 months since my heller Myotomy. Healing takes a while. Just do what the doc orders. As for the spirts bra to bed, I don’t blame you for ditching it. I cannot wear a bra to bed. Doesn’t it feel good to get that off after all day???? Men have no idea. 🤣🤣🤣
