🤦‍♂️wasn't too bad until late evening and then I just started eating everything I could find  

Next late evening…go to bed instead. 😎 

Had to let the dog out and it went downhill from there  

Scooby needs a litter box. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

one day closer to a few days off so there's always that 😒gotta recoup some energy, stop the endless snacking and get some stuff done. but the chocolate cake was good and now there's none left to worry about 🤣 

Mmmmmm chocolate cake. Cheesecakes better. Funny thing…nighttime snacking was always my thing years ago but I stopped it even before weight loss or digestive issues. I’ve never returned to it. Having a chronic disease is good sometimes though. Haha!! That’s one thing with Achalasia, you CANNOT eat and go to bed less than three hours or you’ll pay a high price. 😅 

Mmmm cheeses cake lol yeah this was left overs from thw cake my wife made for a 90th birthday party chocolate with. Chocolate cream and layer of raspberry jelly in the middle and on top and kit kats crumbled ontop 🫣 

That cake sounds divine!!!! 😋😋😋 BTW how is OTC? She disappeared on here.  

Wifey9707, I have Achalasia also. I have found I cannot eat anything four hours before bed, only one tablespoon of applesauce with my meds an hour before bed. I also take omeprazole DR each morning 30 minutes before my first meal. I still have some problems but my Dr. and I feel I can manage. At 89yo, I am just grateful. 

Also, Omeprazole is not intended for long term use (I have been taking it for many years) but my doc says the benefits outweigh the risks.

Oh man. I know how it is. Some days hubby and I kiss as I walk in the door and he walks out. I get it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 

Neicy Can the wife thinks she missed her calling as a cake maker or at least thats what she said this weekend . It had kit kats wrapped around the the outside of the cake cut to length standing up if you can picture what I'm saying lol its all gone now everyone at the party loved it from what I heard. I stayed home with the sick kid
