Dear diary,
I slept like a rock last night- even with the hubby's on and off coughing and stirring and complaints of the fan being directly on him. Thank God we usually sleep at opposite times. I think I just needed to catch up. Slept from around 10 until 8 and that is unheard of for me but it has been very little sleep for a few weeks now so I was overdue. And the dreams were crazy- everyone on the water- which is a recurring theme for me and I don't like it. It isn't scary at the time, but there is an unease when I wake up. Buster went to the vet Friday for his lumps and I thankfully diagnosed them correctly as just being fatty lipomas. I would have felt like a real asshole if she would have said he was cancer ridden. And I got a majority of the house cleaned yesterday. I need to focus today on laundry and the upstairs- get the lawn mowed and try out this new weed killer and sprayer I bought from amazon. Do I want to go to church? My mom says Pastor Mike will say a special prayer about Ryan. I'm not in the mood for condolences today and trying to look pretty- but I do miss my church family. I have to get to Walmart. I need some planters to break down this basket from the visitation. Can a person have too many plants? Yes. The answer is yes. Also need milk, ketchup, wet dog food and a new shower curtain liner- randomness. For now I will have my coffee. Watched the highlights of the Cubs and Sox. What a game!
