Thanks Shirfleur! ❤️ I'm really struggling for the last week for some reason with being unusually hungry. 😢 used to be one day I wouldn't feel like eating much and on occasion I'd want to eat more. I don't know what's going on. Feel like I've been on the verge of an all out binge for days...like I'm putting food in my mouth but it doesn't get to my stomach. Maybe I have a tape worm. That's the only logical thing I've come up with. 🤷🏻‍♀️🐛 that's the closest emoji I can find. 😁

I've been the same way all week, just a bottomless pit. I've managed to hold off the last few days, but it's been a real struggle. I'm eating LOTS of vegetables. Stay strong, we can do this, you inspire me! 🌈

Me too, I seem to have a little dilemma going on lately, my stomach feels full, but my hunger hormones are generating hunger messages... Confused, but need to adjust my eating responses.

My stomach does NOT feel full...that's my problem. That hasn't happened to me before...at least not for more than a day here and there usually corresponding with menstrual stuff. Shirfleur has given me strength to get over it. (Of course it's only 11 a.m. Lol... But I'm feeling strong)

I know how that feels, but over the past month I haven't felt that so much, I think my intermittent fasting has really helped with that...I don't eat anything after 7pm and break my fast the following day around 1 or 2pm..I do have one or two cups of coffee a day with Stevia and coffee mate, and lots of water daily. I also try to keep busy which I think really helps with my goals.

I get a huge swing in appetite right before my lady days

My hungry days are tied to exercise often. If I do a lot I end up with a big eating day but it all works out or it has so far

Lifting heavier? Longer? More often? More cardio? Or in general, more active as you said you be by staying off fs? Burning more cals always = more hunger. 🤷🏻‍♀️

None of the above, wifey... Nothing has changed. 😕. thanks, John. Got a valentine's gym date. I like IF but feel like it's not in my best interest to forgo protein for that long when I'm lifting but maybe it's minuscule effects and I should look into it again.

That's a nice loss! I've been really, really hungry the last couple of days. Don't know why the appetite has increased so much. It can't be from just 2 days going to the gym! I don't know what I'm doing there yet but have fun trying out the different weight machines.
